Yes! Any of our standard models can be easily modified, or you can do as many other customers have done and design your own dream home. Give your thoughts, sketches and ideas to our experienced technical department and we will draw up your building plans.

Options are almost unlimited. Talk to Yvon Latulippe and he can give you an idea of the choices available. Cabinets, doors, woodwork, windows, luxury bathroom fittings, built-in appliances, or any other components you may wish to add. For some customers, the savings on construction costs allows them to put the money saved into upscale fixtures and extras.

We don't finance our homes, but we can recommend and direct you to financial institutions and mortgage brokers in the area. We can also provide any information needed regarding the quality of construction and the times involved in each step of the process.

Yes! We have done condominiums, banks, motels, multi-family buildings. We can provide you with a special brochure and details on commercial or multi-unit projects.
